Madison, 3, and her older brother Jordan,
who will be 9 next month. In early
February they
both went to a six-day ski clinic in Taos, New
Mexico.
Little Madison, who at 18 months old had been
one
of the youngest skiers on the mountain 2 years
ago,
learned how to
snowplow down the hill by herself.
She still
needs a little help getting on and off the chairlift,
but it is so
cute to see her having so much fun learning
to ski!
Jordan is a level 8/9 skier and was lucky to be
in a class
with just his cousin Josh, 11, doing steeps,
bumps and
trees with their instructor.
Then in March
Jordan went with his family to a
company
function in Maui, and learned to snubadrive
(almost like
scuba, but the tank is on a raft and the diver
is limited by
the 20 foot airhose) watching giant sea
turtles, moray
eels and even an octopus out at
Molikni
Crater.
Little League
season is in full swing and Jordan's
Single A Red
Sox are having a great time improving
their hitting
and catching skills, but most importantly,
having a great
time!
