Baby Madison, now 2 ½ and not quite such a baby, and her 7 ½ year old brother Jordan had another fabulous past two months.  For his second year, Jordan helped feed the homeless on Thanksgiving, and then the family went to Cannery Row in Monterey to visit the Aquarium, and take in the incredible rocks and waves that make-up the California coast line.  In December, they spent several weeks up at Lake Tahoe, where Madison did eight ski runs on the poma lift at Granlibakken.  Jordan was in the advanced kids ski class at Alpine, and spent two days skiing from the top of Alpine with his dad.  It snowed over four feet at Lake level, which made for great snow men, and sledding.  Later this month Jordan and his dad will be skiing for six days in the famed Taos Valley, where the mountain base is 9,000 feet and the top of the summit is over 11,500 feet high.

Finally, son Jordan is big enough to start earning  his keep! (The backpack lasted about 5 minutes, then 'Dad, it's too heavy!)
