Jordan's Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius Page! |
|
Another
exciting past two-months in the active life of Jordan Thomas Weil, who
turned 5-1/2 on November 26th.
He has been learning soccer at his elementary school, and loves
to practice with Dad on the weekends.
Jordan also plays indoor hockey every Saturday in the local YMCA
league, and he has scored each of the past two games.
His mom also enrolled Jordan in an after-school chess class,
which surprisingly he has fallen in love with.
This has terrified his father, who not being very proficient at
the game, is now having to study “Chess for Dummies” and play
computer chess games against very young opponents.
(It is predicted that Jordan will be consistently beating his Dad
by the time he is six). Jordan’s
Halloween was a very special day. His
elementary school had a parade and Jordan showed up at Batman.
At a friends’ Halloween party there were four Batmen, all
5-years old, and with their mask on it was difficult to tell them apart.
For the official Halloween he changed to Superman, and visited
over 75 houses before coming home and falling sound asleep on the stairs
up to his bedroom. Jordan’s
favorite toys are transformers, which are cars or animals which with a
few (or sometimes more than a few twists) turn into robots.
Also, his manual dexterity has finally reached a level where
imagination and Lego’s are creating a great platform to build all
kinds of “stuff”. |
