| Jordan Weil sure had an exciting time since the last
newsletter of Dec. 1, 2001! In December his mom helped him bake
and decorate gingerbread cookies, and after seeing Shrek it was easy to
see how fragile those poor legs actually are! During the holidays
Jordan went to ski school at Northstar, and also went on a two-hour
snowmobile tour of the Sierra Mountains above Lake Tahoe with his
grandfather, Arthur. In early January Jordan to flew to Taos, New
Mexico and went skiing at a base elevation of 9,000 feet. During
his week of ski school he learned how to get on and off the chair lift,
ski by himself downhill, and even sideslip and other basic ski
maneuvers.
