Jeffrey S. Weil, was nominated for two
prestigious awards in October 2006. Not to everyone's surprise, he won
both! One award was for the "Broker of the Year" that he achieved by being
an expert in his field of commercial sales and leasing. The second award
was for "Office Lease of the Year". He put together a deal with PG&E that
brought 600 jobs to Concord. It also gave PG&E a presence here that
will benefit the community and local business. He has specialized in the sale and
leasing of commercial properties since 1976, including exclusive tenant representation of
lease renewals, lease restructuring, office facilities relocation, laboratory and research
and development, e-commerce, office property sales and build-to-suits. One of 10
brokers in the United States to have earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member
(CCIM), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and NACORE'S Master in

Karen Moe is a member of the OfficeTimes Team at the Walnut Creek Colliers International office. Prior to joining Colliers International, Karen was an Executive Assistant to the senior vice president at Nortel Networks for over 18 years where her primary focus was assisting the senior vice president with daily operations, sales, client relations, and his personal and business calendars. As part of the OfficeTimes team, Karen coordinates client tour packages, proposals, lease and purchase documents, specific research in a number of areas as requested by our clients, preparing lease abstracts, lease and sale comparable research, lease and sale financial analysis, market research, property profiling, demographic and economic research, ensuring 150% client satisfaction, interfacing with other Colliers and SIOR offices and brokers, publication of the OfficeTimes Corporate Office Perspectives, now in its 25th year of publication, and is the webmaster of the www.officetimes.com web site.

Danielle Schultze is a member of the OfficeTimes Team at the Walnut Creek Colliers International office. Prior to joining Colliers International, Danielle worked in the insurance industry for 20 years and is a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent. As part of the Office Times Team, Danielle is responsible for the production of marketing materials, clerical assistance, database management, and working directly to assist the Senior Vice President and Karen, of Business Development.
