office space, 14% need more office space, and almost 42% anticipate adding headcount at their current location (which means there is a lot of excess space hidden within existing corporate facilities) … however, in looking more closely at their chart 50% of their respondents plan no change to their headcount, and 5% actually plan to cut jobs … the importance of Green Building Practices slipped from a high of 61.3% in mid-2010 to 58.6% … Kingsley surveys office tenants representing one billion square feet of clients annually.
