(and not Charles version) … Apple Inc. just announced another expansion into 156,000 square feet in Cupertino, California, with occupancy expected later this year. Meanwhile, not too many miles away in Fremont California the 234,000 square foot Legacy Bayside Business Park has remained vacant since 2009 and just sold to TMG Partners for a whopping $60 a square foot … the property had been foreclosed last June …
