East Bay Apartment Rent Increases

Rich Martini, one of the Colliers apartment house experts, reported that Concord had a year-to-year apartment rent increase of 14.6%, Martinez – 17% and Pleasant Hill – 13.7%, and in the Greater Bay Area there were 8,500 new apartment units completed with 21,000 additional units under construction. Rich also noted that East Bay apartment occupancy levels are at 7.5%!
