Parking – Plenty of it at your office building, and easy to find parking when visiting clients.
Hotels – Usually
not a hassle getting business hotel reservations, especially compared to
those crazy dotcom days when every hotel seemed to always be full.
New Construction
– Back when they were building all those new office buildings it felt like
everywhere you went was a pesky construction zone.
Lower Rents –
Rents are down, not up.
Friendly Landlords
– The Landlord smiles, the Property Manager returns calls, and they even
seem to like Tenants now.
Restaurants –
Usually no problem booking business lunches at the last minute.
Boy, what a relief from just a few years ago!
Commute – Thank
God for vacant office space, my commuting has been cut in half compared to
four years ago.
Expansion – Plenty of space in the building for firms to grow, but we are considering offshoring as part of the new business process …
